Dion Neill, Founder & Business Owner.
Following many years as a first responder in the emergency services, Dion was offered a senior management position with a large international security company. He was responsible for managing over 300 frontline operational staff along with several key national security contracts. Dion was assigned to protect a prominent business owner from serious threats of violence. This assignment was the catalyst for him to launch Protective Services Limited (acquired by P4G Security) and further develop his interest in providing high-level security and personal protection.
Dion is a strong advocate for raising the benchmark of service delivery and professional standards within New Zealand's security industry. You’re in very safe hands! Dion and his associates have worked as private security contractors in some of the world’s most volatile regions, including Asia, Middle East and South Africa. Dion personally managed the security for a New Zealand representative sports team during a tour of South Africa. Dion is a recipient of the New Zealand Defence Forces Service Medal, St John Service Medal and Long Service Award from the Wellington Free Ambulance.
Dion is a Skills New Zealand registered conflict management trainer for mandatory security training required to obtain a security licence or certificate of approval. He continues to support our community as a volunteer first responder and CPR instructor. Dion is a current member of the Institute of Mercantile Agents (Australia), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (New Zealand Chapter), New Zealand Credit and Finance Institute, New Zealand Security Association and two special interest groups for security consultants and security training providers.
