The Neill Group (TNG) are committed to high ethical standards in our business dealings, to ensure the integrity of our people and our organisation. Our governance includes an established code of professional ethics which outlines our expectations with respect to our agents and associates behaviour. Strict adherence to the code and supporting policies is a condition of all contractor agreements, and any material breaches of this framework would result in disciplinary action and where appropriate, criminal proceedings.
All of our industry professionals act at all times with integrity and impartiality. We ensure that compliance with our professional standards and code of ethics is maintained by a regular audit process. The Neill Group (TNG) recognises that its business activities have both a direct and indirect impact on the natural environment and is committed to proactively managing these in a responsible manner. We maintain a strict environmental management policy in relation to the environmental use of products, waste minimisation, communication and supply initiatives, in-house waste and toner recycling and supply chain responsibilities.

Dion Neill is a current member of the Institute of Mercantile Agents (Australia), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (New Zealand Chapter), New Zealand Credit and Finance Institute, New Zealand Security Association and two special interest groups for security consultants and security training providers.
Introducing Dion Neill, Founder & Business Owner
Dion Neill is a strong advocate for raising the benchmark of service delivery and professional standards within New Zealand's security and private investigation industry. His career began following a period of time in the New Zealand defence forces, he was extensively trained by military, intelligence and law enforcement officers. Dion attended the private training establishment of the Royal New Zealand Police College and gained a Certificate in Investigation Skills.
Dion was assigned to protect a prominent business owner from serious threats of violence. This assignment was the catalyst for him to launch Protective Services Limited (acquired by P4G Security).
You’re in very safe hands! Dion and his associates have worked as private security contractors in some of the world’s most volatile regions, including Asia, Middle East and South Africa. Dion personally managed the security for a New Zealand sports team during a tour of South Africa. Dion is a proud recipient of the New Zealand Defence Forces Service Medal, St John Service Medal and Long Service Award from the Wellington Free Ambulance.
