Our Vision
Our vision is to generate value for our clients through the delivery of service focused and results driven services. The success of our business is a direct result of understanding our clients needs and our relentless pursuit of service excellence. As a client-centric business we have two goals: to retain each client as ‘a client for life’ and to be recognised as the leading provider in the markets we serve.
Introducing Dion Neill, Founder & Business Owner.
Dion’s career began with a period of service in the New Zealand defence forces and emergency services (qualified first responder) followed by training at the private training establishment of the Royal New Zealand Police College, where he gained a Certificate in Investigation Skills. He was also certified as a fraud examiner and achieved a Diploma of Security and Risk Management (Australia), National Certificate in Security and Certificate in Security Operations to Level IV (Australia) along with a number of other internationally recognised credentials.
Dion received extensive training by former detectives, senior police officers, military personnel and government intelligence operatives. In 1987, Dion was assigned to protect a prominent business owner from serious threats of violence. This high-risk assignment was the catalyst for Dion to launch his former company Protective Services (acquired by P4G Security) and allowed Dion to further develop his skills in providing high-level security and personal protection.
Dion is a respected pioneer of the New Zealand security and private investigation industry. He is a strong advocate for raising the level of professionalism and service delivery within the security industry. Dion is an active member of the Institute of Mercantile Agents (IMA - Australia), New Zealand Security Association and also a professional member of two New Zealand Security Association special interest group's for security consultants and security training providers.
You’re in very safe hands! Dion and his associates have worked as private security contractors in some of the world’s most volatile regions, including Asia, Middle East and South Africa. In 1996, Dion personally managed the security for a New Zealand sports team during a tour of South Africa. Dion is a recipient of the New Zealand Defence Forces Service Medal, St John Long Service Medal and Long Service Award from the Wellington Free Ambulance.
