Introducing Dion Neill
Our founder, business owner and PSPLA licence holder, Dion Neill is widely recognised as one of New Zealand’s most experienced field agents, process servers, private investigators, security consultants and risk management specialists. Dion's career began with a period of service in the New Zealand defence forces and emergency services, followed by extensive training with former detectives, senior police officers, military personnel and intelligence specialists.
During his time at the private training establishment of the Royal New Zealand Police College, Dion gained a Certificate in Investigation Skills. In 1998, Dion was certified as a fraud examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (certification now expired). Dion is a recipient of the New Zealand Defence Forces Service Medal, St John Service Medal and Long Service Award from the Wellington Free Ambulance. Dion continues to serve our community as a volunteer first responder.
Dion was presented with a National Certificate in Security (Level IV), Certificate in Executive Protection (USA), Certificate in Security Operations (Level IV – Australia) and Diploma of Security and Risk Management (Australia) along with other recognised credentials. In 2021 and 2024, Dion Neill, TNG Security and The Neill Group (TNG) were named as a finalist of the New Zealand Security Awards along with the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
